Housebuilder Bellway confident of further growth

House builder Bellway is hopeful of further progress in selling prices, house sales as well as margins in the coming days. Despite domestic and global economic instability, the group is confident of once again finishing the year on a high note with 73% of its present annual sales target already accomplished.
