Spencer holdings sells entire property portfolio in 150m pounds deal

According to recent news, Knowsley-based Spencer Group has sold its complete property portfolio in a £150m worth deal. Hansteen UK Industrial Property LimitedPartnership along with Hansteen Holdings in two separate deals purchased a total of eighty eight assets. Morgan Jones who is the joint chief executive of Hansteen, while commenting on the news said, "The portfolio is highly compatible with Hansteens intensive management approach and the team's experience across the UK market. It has strong fundamentals and a high vacancy rate providing a great opportunity to create significant added value through improving occupancy and imposing our own approach."
