Property and Estate Developers in Birmingham
Demand is rising for industrial units in North Staffordshire, reports regeneration specialist St Modwen. Less than a year after acquiring Queensway Industrial Estate in Stoke-On-Trent, St Modwen’s management of the site has proven so successful that just one 1,718 sq ft unit now remains available. Properties on the estate have been snapped up by a variety of occupiers including expanding regional company Lodge Tyres which purchased a 4,000 sq ft unit with a self-contained service yard in July. Successful lawn services company Green Thumb signed a three year lease for 1,726 sq ft of space in August to accommodate its business growth. A newly constructed compound on the estate has been let on a five year lease to Belford Brothers Ltd, a flourishing local skip hire company. Existing tenant C.A.R.S UK Ltd, experiencing on-going success, doubled its occupancy on the estate in June, signing a new ten year lease for two units totalling 8,000 sq ft. A leading refrigeration component wholesaler, C.A.R.S is enjoying a growing customer base from its central location in Stoke-on-Trent.
